Key Projects: Driving Growth

Durian Plantations in Davao

The Philippines is known for its fertile land, and our durian projects in Davao highlight this potential. Spanning 1,000 hectares with approximately 100,000 trees, these projects aim to meet the increasing demand for durian, especially in international markets. Known as the “King of Fruits,” durian remains a key product in Southeast Asia.

Dragon Fruit Projects

We are also developing 1,000 hectares dedicated to dragon fruit cultivation. This highly nutritious fruit has gained global popularity due to its health benefits and unique taste. These projects focus on supplying both local and international markets.

Agarwood Project

One of the most innovative initiatives is the 10,000-hectare agarwood project in the Davao region. Agarwood, often called “liquid gold,” is valued for its use in fragrances, incense, and traditional applications. This project supports sustainable production while helping meet rising global demand.

Hybrid Rice Farming

In addition to fruit cultivation, we are expanding into hybrid rice projects across 1,000 hectares. Hybrid rice offers higher yields and improved resistance to environmental challenges, contributing to food security and regional stability.
